To keep things simple we have three different areas that

Pricing & Payments
DirtyMan online uses PayPal to process your online payments,
this is a 100% secure method and enables use to use your Visa
and Mastercard to purchase our products online.
• All pricing is shown in New Zealand Dollars and includes
GST
• All prices indicate per item, excluding postage and delivery
Your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars and
your card company will convert the charge should you pay with
a credit card of a different currency.
Postage & Delivery
We currently only post and deliver to New Zealand, if you
are overseas and want to get your hands on some of our products
then drop us a line to info@dirtyman.co.nz and we will see
what we can do for you.
All postage and delivery within New Zealand is currently
FREE, we will notify you via changes to our website when and
if this policy changes.
So long as there are no hic ups with your credit card payment
your products will be sent out to you within 24 hours of placing
your order and you should receive them within 2 – 4 days.
Returns & Refunds
This policy only applies to products purchased through this
DirtyMan online store and should the need arise that you wish
to return your products then you will need to send them back
to us:
• All products will need to be returned with proof of purchase
from our online store and will need to be returned within
21 days of purchase
• All returned products will need to be returned unused and
in the same condition as you received them in.
• All products need to be returned to DirtyMan Limited, 1572
Old North Road, RD2, Helensville 0845
Refund - For a refund, please include the invoice you received
with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods
must be returned within 21 days of purchase and be unused.
We will credit your original method of payment.
